Gerovital Derma + Shampoo for sensitive scalp - review

When I went to the Beauty bloggers meeting by Beautybarometer  I received a few products from the new range Gerovital H3 Derma+ to test : the Soothing and Regenerating Mask-cream review here, the Cleansing and Make-up removal fluid face and eyes (almost hit pan, review very soon) and the Shampoo for Sensitive scalp. It is the subject of today's review, since I am about to finish it.
Studies show that about 60 % of women and 40 % of men have sensitive scalps, characterized by symptoms such as burning, tingling , pain, itching and redness. These are caused mainly by dry air, heat, cold, pollution, stress or even current shampoo.

The content of lactic acid and panthenol in Derma+ shampoo balance scalp microflora and prevents hair dehydration. Dipotassium obtained from the Glycyrrhiza Glycyrrhiza glabra has a powerful calming, anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant effect. Zanthalene extract, obtained from the ecocertificat Sichuan pepper fruit, reduce itching, irritation and discomfort of sensitive skin. Effectively cleans the scalp and hair to prevent dryness and irritation.     Hypoallergenic. Paraben free.
Directions for use : Apply it to wet hair 2-3 times a week, gently massage the scalp, rinse and repeat application. Allow it to act for 2-3 minutes and rinse with water. Shake before use.
It comes in a 200 ml plastic bottle and has a valability of 12 months. It has a runny consistency and no smell. At the first wash it doesn't lather much, after I rinse it and apply it the second time, it lathers better. It cleans well the hair, it didn't cause me irritation or dandruff but it didn't lessen my oilyness either. But it is indeed a mild shampoo for sensitive hair, not for oily hair.

It can be found in stores and online here at the price of aprox. 34 ron.

All in all Gerovital Derma + Shampoo for sensitive scalp is a very gentle shampoo that cleans well the scalp without irritating it. It has no scent, it is hypoallergenic and paraben free. It is a very good product and I recommend it to you if you need a gentle shampoo for sensitive scalp. I give it the B grade. Until next time ,
